Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, salaried position and will manage wholesale, retail, and on-premise accounts in our east coast territory, currently comprised largely of the following states: SC, GA, FL, TN, TX, DC, and NY. The person in this position will plan, organize, and implement sales initiatives to meet financial growth objectives.


  • Work with management team to develop overall sales strategy and budget goals

  • Utilize an entrepreneurial spirit to create new opportunities to increase sales volume and market penetration

  • Negotiate and manage pricing and business terms with distributors

  • Act as primary contact for distributor sales teams to ensure they are informed of brand objectives and programs including presenting at sales meetings, riding with sales personnel, and distributing new sales materials

  • Evaluate distributor strategy implementation against brand initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records regarding distributor profiles, organizational structures, and competitive brand alignments

  • Represent brands at distributor trade shows and consumer facing events

  • Hire, train, and mentor subordinate sales staff to create consistent brand messaging and professionalism

  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date sales notes on existing and target accounts

  • Prepare monthly reporting documents in a timely fashion

  • Manage all T&E expenses and local budgets for markets

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least five years of proven B2B distributor management experience in the alcohol beverage industry practicing strategic regional development

  • Ability to grow in terms of leadership and personnel management as company expands

  • Professionalism within alcoholic beverage environment with expected sobriety

  • A passion for premium spirits and a strong work ethic

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation and budget management skills

  • Ability to travel extensively

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bookkeeper/Compliance Manager

The Bookkeeper/Compliance Manager works under the supervision of the owner and is responsible for maintaining up-to-date financial, production, and inventory records for the company as well as developing and implementing checklists for alcohol beverage license renewal and reporting schedules. The role is full time requiring approximately 30-40 hours per week. Applicant must have accounting experience in an environment with complicated inventory transactions.



  • Review and record vendor invoices against purchase orders and track A/P

  • Receive and record sales orders and track A/R

  • Prepare payments for owner approval/signature

  • Enter credit card deposits from retail sales

  • Assist in recording production and inventory data

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels

  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

  • Calculate and prepare returns for multiple federal, state, and local taxes

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting documents

  • Update budgets and forecasts

  • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns


  • Create and maintain schedules and renewals for alcohol beverage licenses

  • Prepare and submit sales reports to states of distribution on a monthly basis

  • Assist with researching and applying for new licenses

  • Prepare and submit monthly federal alcohol reporting documents\

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Quickbooks

  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong work ethic

Production Assistant

The Production Assistant works under the supervision of the Head Distiller and is responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities associated with the production of spirits from raw ingredient to finished product, all the while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Prior experience in distillery/brewery production and fermentation is a plus, but not required.  We will train you!

The Production Assistant is a full time position assisting with the following tasks:

  • Mash/Wash Production- Maintaining a consistent formula with careful documentation and implementing changes with controllable methods

  • Fermentation- Monitoring fermentations and measuring productivity

  • Distillation- Careful monitoring and execution of all aspects of distillation, tasting of spirits for quality analysis, and making appropriate cuts based on data, appearance, smell, and taste

  • Proofing- Carefully calculating proof process for record keeping, bottling, and barreling with close attention to detail

  • Barreling- Preparing barrels for filling, filling barrels, labeling to TTB standards, and storing appropriately

  • Blending- Careful measuring and blending of spirits to maintain product spec

  • Bottling- Setting up, controlling fill level, monitoring waste, supervising and managing of volunteers

  • Record Keeping- Carefully documenting all duties listed above, maintaining weekly inventories of all packaged and raw materials, assisting with TTB reporting

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing- Maintaining all equipment to the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation, keeping open areas and storage room clean and orderly with logical storage methods

  • Maintenance- Monitoring and checking all equipment on a regular basis to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

  • Purchasing- Assisting with purchasing, following up on orders, monitoring inventories for re-order

The candidate should possess:

  • A passion for craft spirits and a desire to always keep learning

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow direction

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills both oral and written

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Microsoft Excel skills

  • A background in the food and beverage industry is preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently stand for the duration of the shift.  This position requires the ability to routinely and repeatedly lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver up to 170 pounds.

  • Use their hands to perform fine manipulation, handle or feel, and must be able to reach with hands and arms

  • Identify product deficiencies (color, smell, taste). This requires having close distance, color and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

  • This position requires proper and safe handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex moving machinery

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is periodically exposed to a wet environment in high and low temperature ranges. The distillery can be very hot in summer and cold in winter.
