THE BAR AT HIGH WIRE
The best way to enjoy our spirits is from a front row seat overlooking our production area. Sip on a refreshing cocktail or explore a flight of our whiskeys while learning more about our philosophy and production process.
Spirit flights and cocktails begin at $10 and are accompanied by tasting notes and information about our spirits. Bar seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adults 18 and older are allowed in the distillery, but you must be 21+ to consume alcohol or purchase bottles. Minors are allowed if accompanied by an adult.
Tours
Want to get a closer look at how the magic is made at High Wire? Tours are now available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Our tours will offer a brief history of High Wire, a comprehensive review of our special botanicals and grains, and an up close lesson in the entire distilling process from milling and mashing to fermentation, distilling, and barrel aging. Tours cost $10 per person, and reservations are strongly encouraged. Tastings are not included in the price of the tour.
Unable to make it for a scheduled tour? We are also offering other tour times for individuals and groups by appointment only. Contact us here to set up an alternate time. Prepayment and 24 hour notice will be required for appointments outside of our normal tour schedule.
